Below are the sessions currently available through Inner Wisdom. Each is offered as its own booking, so you can choose whichever feels right, whether that’s an in-person or online intuitive healing session, or remote house dowsing for your home rather than yourself.

A short, no-cost conversation to answer your questions, talk through what you’re looking for, and help you decide whether working together feels right for both of us.

Intuitive Energy Healing — In-Person Session
A session drawing on various healing modalities, including Crystal Healing and Reiki, along with the quiet guidance that comes through in the moment, whichever feels right for you on the day. I work with your body’s energy centres to help their flow feel more balanced, using crystals to amplify what comes through so I can work with exactly what you need, noting any words or impressions that come through along the way.
When you book, you’ll be offered a complimentary 15-minute Oracle Card Reading to add to your session, offering a little extra reflection and guidance to close.
Afterwards, you’ll receive a written summary that includes the guidance and messages that came through during your session, along with things you might reflect on or work with yourself in the time between sessions.
Real change comes as much from what you do with this in your own time as from the session itself. I’m here to support you and hold space for whatever you’re carrying. Many women notice real shifts in how they feel and how they see things both during the session and by the time we meet again.

Intuitive Energy Healing — Online 1-2-1 Session
A remote session over video call, drawing on various healing modalities, including Crystal Healing and Reiki, along with the quiet guidance that comes through in the moment, for anyone who would rather not travel or prefers to be in their own space.
I work with your body’s energy centres in the same way as an in-person session, helping your flow feel more balanced from wherever you are, using crystals to help amplify what comes through and noting any words or impressions along the way.

Remote House Dowsing
Every home holds energy, and sometimes that energy needs a little help finding its balance again. Working from your house plans, I use a pendulum alongside crystals I select intuitively for each room, dowsing, placing, and re-checking over a series of sessions until your home feels settled and clear. You don’t need to be there for any of it; I carry the work out remotely and keep you updated as I go.
Booking includes an initial call so I can get a proper sense of your home and what’s going on for you, followed by several remote sessions over the days that follow, typically an initial dowse, a crystal placement session, and one or two follow-ups to check and settle the energy further. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a full written report of what I found, the crystals I used and why, and how the energy shifted.
