You may be here because something in you is asking for a pause. Perhaps you are going through a change, feeling a little lost or depleted, or simply aware that you have not felt fully like yourself for a while. Wherever you are starting from, you are welcome here.

I’m Liz, and Inner Wisdom is my one-to-one practice, offering Reiki and Crystal Healing to women. My work isn’t about fixing you, because nothing is broken and needs fixing. It is about creating a quiet, held space for you to reconnect with what you already carry within: your own inner Wisdom.

Is this for you?

Inner Wisdom is a women-only practice. You might be completely new to energy-based or holistic healing, or you might already be some way along your own spiritual path. Either is welcome. What matters more is a willingness to be honestly, gently present with yourself, and a wish to feel more connected, more grounded, and more like you.

Reiki and Crystal Healing

I offer two complementary energy healing practices, each available as its own session so you can choose what feels right for you.

Reiki, which works with your body’s natural energy field to support deep relaxation, balance, and wellbeing.

Crystal Healing uses the vibrational qualities of crystals to nurture and restore harmony across your physical, emotional, and energetic body.

Both practices are distinct and powerful in their own right and work beautifully either separately or together to support your healing. Neither is a medical treatment, and neither replaces the care of your GP or another healthcare professional. They are offered as complementary support alongside whatever else is part of your care.
