Welcome, and thank you for being here. Whatever has brought you to this page, whether you’re going through a change, feeling a little lost or depleted, or simply aware you haven’t felt fully like yourself for a while, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Liz, and Inner Wisdom is my one-to-one practice, offering Intuitive Energy Healing to women, drawing on various healing modalities, including Crystal Healing, Reiki and Angelic Reiki, along with the quiet guidance that comes through in the moment.

This work is deeply personal to me, not just something I trained in. For a long time, I gave so much of myself to everyone that I quietened my own need for care. In time, I realised I needed to do something different and start listening to my own inner knowing, not because I loved anyone less, but because I understood that feeling more joy myself would help the people I love too. That’s the other side of me I’ve reconnected with: the part connected to joy, to intuition, and to caring for my own life as much as everyone else’s.

Think about how naturally you make sure the people you love are fed, cared for, and held, and how easily that same care gets left out when it comes to yourself. This work is how I learned to include myself in that care too. It’s sacred, gentle work, and it isn’t something I do to you; it’s something we do together, because real change only happens when you’re ready to meet it yourself.

Is this for you?

Inner Wisdom is a women-only practice. You might be completely new to energy-based or holistic healing, or you might already be some way along your own spiritual path. Either is welcome. What matters more is a willingness to be honestly, gently present with yourself, and a wish to feel more connected, more grounded, and more like you. My sessions bring together Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Crystal Healing, guided by what you need, so you don’t need to know anything about energy healing beforehand.

What is Intuitive Energy Healing?

No two sessions look the same, because no two women are. I follow what I sense you’re carrying in the moment; sometimes that’s hands-on energy work, sometimes crystals, sometimes simply listening to what comes through, often a blend of it all. I’m here to support you and hold space for whatever you’re carrying.
