Privacy Policy

What information is collected

When you book a session through TidyCal, your name, email address, and any details you provide at booking are collected by TidyCal on Inner Wisdom’s behalf.

Payment, where taken, is handled directly by TidyCal’s payment provider (Stripe or PayPal); Inner Wisdom does not see or store your card details.

When you complete the intake form through Jotform, this includes more sensitive information such as your health history and current wellbeing, which you share directly and knowingly ahead of your first session.

When you email liz@inner-wisdom.uk directly, your email address and the contents of your message are received and kept as part of normal correspondence.

This website does not include a general newsletter sign-up or marketing mailing list at this time.

How this information is used

Your information is used only to arrange, prepare for, and deliver your sessions, to communicate with you about your booking, and to meet Inner Wisdom’s professional and legal obligations, such as keeping accurate client records. It is never sold, and is not shared with third parties beyond the booking and form providers below, except where legally required or where there is a risk to your safety or that of others.

Third-party services used

TidyCal — booking and calendar management. See TidyCal’s own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
Jotform — intake form collection. See Jotform’s own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
Both may use their own cookies or similar technologies as part of providing their embedded booking and form tools on this site.

How long information is kept

Client records are retained for a minimum of 8 to 10 years, in line with Inner Wisdom’s professional Code of Ethics and standard practice for holistic therapy records. See the Policies & Code of Ethics page for more detail.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to ask any questions about how it’s used. To do so, email liz@inner-wisdom.uk. (mailto: link) If you remain unhappy with how your information has been handled, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

This website and Inner Wisdom’s services are intended for adult clients.
